Often we fail to see or appreciate the good in front of us. The annual Have Not Want Instagram Challenge is designed to help us look at our lives and our surroundings through fresh eyes.
Lately I haven't felt like myself. I'd thought about not doing the Have Not Want Challenge this year. But then, the more I thought about it, the more it might be exactly what I need. You see last month I was diagnosed with depression.
Depression is insidious--you stop seeing the good in your life and focus on what you're not doing well or what you think you're failing at.
So this challenge is perfect because it helps participants see their lives or their surroundings in a new way.
As with past Have Not Want challenges you can play along for the entire month or just when the fancy strikes you.
